Short game?

Actually I am wondering if maybe I should just try to finish up the goblin game by Friday and not do the second update later in the month. The natural flow of the game, is just suited towards being short. The story is a bit silly and kinky, so doesn’t support a real in depth plot, you are just trying to avoid getting raped by goblins hehe.

Ok!

So here are my plans for this month. I want to finish two games this month. The goblin one I was going to do for Christmas but turned out a bit dark, and another game I been working on. The second game is one I wrote the opening couple of scenes for a long time ago but I could never figure out where to take it but I was playing around with it a bit and found something that might work.

I will do some light prep ahead of time but I will start working on Friday,, which gives exactly 4 weeks to work in the month. I plan on working on the goblin game for a week, then the other game for a week, then finish the goblin one, then finish the other. I am going to try switching back and forth like that, to keep things a bit fresh.

I will release an update on Friday each week, so you can see where I am at. It probably won’t be finished on the first update, but it should have a decent amount of content at least. I release it even if it isn’t in a good spot though, so might end in weird locations, or maybe not, we will see.

As for the contest on tfgamesite, the voting is still going on it seems? It seems like it should be over by now, so I am not sure what happened. I am wondering if I should page the person who was running it, to see if things are okay.

Hmm

I need to get back on a regular update schedule again. I have been working on games and getting stuff done, so that isn’t the problem. Though it has been chaotic and working a bit on a few different projects. I did make that doll again earlier in the month, which I had not even planned or anything. Some times just working on stuff I feel motivated to do, has good results.

Though I do want to get a little structure in there, so people know what I am working on and I can make sure to actually finish projects, and not start too many. I will probably leave the rest of this month as a bit more chill then get a good schedule starting next month.

New Game

Voting is still going on at tfgamesite for the contest, so if you want to vote you still got a chance. In the mean time, I made a short little game. It is about a magic shop that sell sex dolls that you can only access through your dreams.

The Doll Emporium

I was kind of thinking it would be fun to make a version of the game with stats and stuff and let the player actually explore around more. A more rpg version rather than choose your adventure kind. In the mean time, it should be some kinky fun with 14 endings.

Hmm

I took a couple days off after finishing the contest entry. I actually got a few things I been working on lately. I am not sure which one I should focus on first but should be able to get some games done this month, maybe more than one. I need to plan it out though.

Since I took a little break and got sick, I am not sure I will be able to finish the huge branching paths for the contest game in time. The main path is kind of really long too, so it is hard to make other branches just as long is they branch off too early or go completely different routes with no overlapping content at all.. There is a good amount of content though, and a bunch of endings.

Hmm

I am feeling a little better now. After resting a lot I avoided getting very sick. I did have a slight fever and a headache for a bit but that went away. At the moment I just got an annoying cough but otherwise, I am feeling pretty ok.

On a side note, I am talking to someone about perhaps running another game of Demonic Evolution. Which is a lot of work to do, but they said they were interested in handling a lot of the mechanics and stuff. Which I think is the way to go, to get some help with it, so I can do more of those games, without it sucking up all the my time. So that might be something happening in the future. At the moment, just working on streamlining some rules and stuff.
