So I do think it is better to have a much more detailed plan each week, than a more flexible one. I was trying that out again this week but I feel I was a lot more focused when I had very specific goals for each day of the week. Even if I some times didn’t feel like doing those goals specifically, it helped a lot more than just doing whatever. So next week I will probably be going back to a more strict day to day goal.
