So some of the older unfinished games, have an issue. Two I don’t have the twine file for, and one the twine file doesn’t open. I might be able to recover them, though I need to try and figure that out. So, the one I will be working on first is Lizard Queen, because that one I have and works fine.

My power went out last night, and was out for a while. That was a bummer, since there is like nothing to do without power. Though it was fairly late so I just ended up going to bed a bit early.

So I probably could finish all the old games really quickly, if I just ended them. Though the thing is, I want to get to naturally ending points and have a good complete game. So suddenly getting a rush ending isn’t really what I want. So that is why it takes longer to get a good ending to them.

So took today off but still looking at which games I will be working on starting next week.

So in October I will be pausing other work, to focus on getting my Halloween game out. I will work on it a little before then, but that month will focus entirely on that(unless I finish early then I might work on something else). In November I think I am also going to take that month off, and I am going to do nanowrimo and focused on writing a book for that month. So no games during that, but it still writing related stuff.

This coming week, I am going to take some time off from working on the games and what I am going to do, is go through some of the older games to get refamiliar with them and evaulting which ones are best to try to knock out quickly. I got 7 weeks before October, so I am hoping to get 2-3 of the old games finished at least. Next week I will post which games I will be working on. Though the ones I am looking at are Lizard Queen, Demon Lords, and My girlfriend Alice(maybe the monster within too). I think I can knock those all out fairly quickly. If I can extra time will go to finishing up Kawaii, Old soulds and Magic girl contest(probably wont have time to finish all three, but maybe one). I will post more on which one on Monday though, after I evaluate them all this week.

Also there is one other game I need to finish up that I have not announced yet, that I was working on for someone. I would like to finish that one before October as well, I might focus on that one first to try to get it finished before the others.

So tomorrow I think I am going to go over some of my longer term plans and try to get everything sorted. I have a lot of stuff I want to try to get done and want to do a longer term plan out until the end of the year to try to get things sorted. I will post more on that tomorrow.

I did a lot of planning today, to map out stuff I want to do in the future, to help organize things, though didn’t get to do much actual writing itself. Still plans are useful for keeping things organized.

I feel like Thrusdays are the worst days for me, and never get much done. That is because I usually have to get up early to help my sister out by watching her kids, which takes a while but then since I got up early I am feeling tired all day.

I saw there was a new contest on tfgamesite the other day, it isn’t due until the end of the year. I am not really sure I have time to join in with that contest, though maybe making something small would be okay. I don’t want to do anything big for it though, since I got so much to do already.

I should probably try to get back to not staying up too late again. It is pretty easy for me to stay up late, since I am much more of a night person, but I do feel like it is better not to stay up all night long.
