Up a bit late today. I did make some good progress today, though as it got later in the day I got distracted by a bunch of stuff. I really do think I should be going to bed a bit earlier, even though I am not really a morning person at all. If I was living alone on some island in the middle of no where, I would probably stay up all night, but with other people around being all night and sleeping all day seems weird hehe.

So I was looking at the current voting results for the tfgamesite contest, and right after yesterdays post, I got a little boost and caught up a bit. I also updated the thread for the game itself. So doing a little advertising seems to help.

Though I actually kind of wonder about the contest. There are three polls, and the one with the highest results is the best in show one, and currently it has 84 votes and the most any single person has is only 20 votes. There are 200,000 members for the website though. Currently as I speak 200 are online(though only 36 registered?). The turn out for voting actually seems pretty standard as far as contests go over there, but I can’t help but feel like a much bigger turnout is possible. I do know a lot of people just like to lurk, though it seems kind of low to me.

On the bright side, there was 13 entries, which is a lot. There is a decent number of game makers, but I wonder if there is a way to get more voters hyped up for the contests.

The contest at tfgamesite is still going on, if you have not voted yet you can go over there at vote. I hope everyone will vote for me, though I don’t want to pressure anyone to vote unless they do think my game is the best. I wasn’t going to make another post to remind people to vote but I am losing to a game that isn’t even finished. In fact it is labeled as a ‘concept’ on the website for it’s version.

If that is people’s actual preference, then I am not going to judge but since the voter turn out isn’t that high among people who visit the tfgamesite, I wonder if a lot of people are just not really voting much. Hence the reason for a reminder.

I feel like I got a pretty good amount done today. I was on a roll and got a lot of writing in. Though I will admit not all of it was for kawaii and I did some work on a side project. Though the side project wasn’t a distraction, it is was got me motived to do a lot of work in the first place today.

So now that I am working on the end, I am going to need to go back and work on some of the earlier stuff. A lot of paths have some relationship stuff but I might need to add a bit for some.

Currently my plans for possible romances at the end are, your friends brother, the girl you met at the dance, the guy from the hot springs, and no romance at all. There was also a guy from the convention I set up briefly but that is one that might need to be fleshed out a bit more for it to make sense. Also there is the friends too, but that would need to be fleshed out a bit if you get romantic with them too.

My mom put up her Christmas tree today. Seems a bit early for me, but it is her favorite holiday. Though it also makes me think about how close the end of the year is coming, and it will be here soon. Got so much stuff to try to get done before then.

Up pretty late tonight. I need to avoid getting into the habit of staying up super late. I do that some times when a lot is going on during the day, since nights seem pretty peaceful and I am also more of a night person than day person to start with.

I hope everyone has a good veterans day. Probably not going to get a ton done today since my nephew is hanging around at my house(was for a while yesterday too), since he is off school.

Didn’t get too much done today. Though Tuesdays are usually not that great of a day for me getting a lot of stuff done. The rest of the week should be pretty good though.

On a side note, I was thinking of updating to windows 11. It sounds like it is supposed to be better, even though a lot of people said there is no reason to rush and get it right away, even while recommending it for some reason.

So my plan this week is to get Kawaii last day done. I don’t expect to get it all done, since I want there to be a big split on this day where you can go on a date with someone. But I would like to get it all done for one of the people you can date. Then after I have done it for one character, it should be easier to do it for others.
